ASEAN Blogger Conference akan diikuti oleh sekitar 200 peserta dari perwakilan blogger 10 negara-anggota ASEAN dan Perwakilan Komunitas Blogger seluruh Indonesia.
ASEAN Blogger Community digagas oleh blogger di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Bloggers Indonesia menginginkan ASEAN tidak hanya forum para pimpinan saja, tetapi juga hubungan komunikasi di antara rakyat.
ASEAN Blogger Community Chapter Indonesia diresmikan oleh Dirjen Kerjasama ASEAN Kemlu 10 Mei 2011, dan bersama wakil-wakil komunitas blogger lainnya membubuhkan tandatangan di atas Deklarasi 11 Mei 2011.
